How to hide a WordPress Administrator with a Plugin

Recently I was asked to hide an Administrator in a WordPress installation, «in order to intervene in case of problems».

I don’t know which kind of “problems” may need an hidden administrator, however I googled for a ready-to-use solution but all i found were more requests of the same feature, so I decided to code myself a plugin.

Given the time spent to do my searches and the high number of requests, posts and comments asking for the same thing, I decided to release this plugin for everyone, directly from this page.
